About the Role:
The Corporate Administrative Leader will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This individual will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities, supervising staff, and developing strategies to improve office efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall administration of the office, including HR, finance, and logistics.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance office operations.
- Supervise and train staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with management to achieve business objectives and goals.
- Ensure compliance with Move One policy and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees and external partners.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- At least five years of experience in corporate administration, preferably in a leadership role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
