About the Role
This is a full-time opportunity to join a talented team of designers, developers, and product managers to create innovative digital products. As an Interaction Design Professional, you will have the opportunity to shape the overall user experience of our products, from conceptualization to launch.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop interactive prototypes to bring designs to life
Conceptualize, design, and implement highly engaging and intuitive user interfaces and user experience solutions
Come up with new ideas and creative solutions and work on improvements
Participate in design reviews, team meetings, and brainstorming sessions
Prepare source files for development
Work closely with the marketing team to align designs with campaign objectives and messaging
Collaborate with developers to ensure the feasibility of designs and provide guidance on implementation details

Requirements
At least 3 years of work experience as an Interaction Design Professional
Experience in the iGaming/Gamedev/Betting industry
A strong portfolio must contain actual designs
Knowledge of wireframing and prototyping
Deep understanding of Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma/Sketch/InVision
Experience in multi-component design systems, understanding why it's needed
Knowledge of the basics of HTML/CSS
