Responsabilité de Suivi et de Recouvrement

  • Recevoir et examiner les dossiers des clients assignés par le Responsable Senior de Recouvrement. Analyser ces dossiers pour établir un programme de travail et des priorités. Vérifier les informations supplémentaires auprès du Responsable Senior de Recouvrement ou du Responsable des Ventes concernant le client. Classer les clients pour déterminer la facilité de crédit accordée à chacun et discuter du plan de recouvrement et de dette avec le Responsable Senior de Recouvrement.
  • Contacter et organiser des visites formelles auprès des clients individuels pour discuter des créances impayées sur leurs comptes. Expliquer la politique de l'entreprise concernant ce sujet et les conséquences en cas de non-règlement à temps.
  • Assurer le suivi avec les clients assignés pour garantir le règlement des dettes dans les délais et veiller à ce que l'accord signé entre les unités commerciales et les clients assignés soit conforme à la politique de crédit de l'entreprise.

Gestion des Recouvrements

  • Surveiller l'adhésion des clients aux conditions de paiement convenues et proposer des options de régularisation immédiates en cas de défaut. Informer le client avant tout défaut et lui rappeler les termes et conditions qu'il a acceptés et signés. Demander au client de corriger immédiatement son statut de paiement, sinon coordonner avec le senior pour prendre d'autres mesures.
  • Fournir au client les documents manquants tels que (factures, bons de livraison, note de crédit) pour compléter le processus de paiement à temps.
  • Surveiller les paiements des clients qui dépassent le délai de crédit et établir un nouvel accord avec les ventes d'entreprise, en rapportant au senior en cas de non-paiement.

Gestion des Encaissements

  • Recevoir les relevés bancaires de l'entreprise quotidiennement et identifier tous les paiements avec détails, puis les envoyer au bureau de trésorerie. S'assurer que toutes les allocations soumises au bureau de trésorerie sont correctement affectées aux comptes clients et informer le senior en cas de dettes anciennes recouvrées.
  • Identifier les paiements en espèces des clients d'entreprise et les envoyer au bureau de trésorerie pour créer un reçu et les allouer le même jour.
  • Appliquer les reçus au bon client sur une base quotidienne.
  • Recevoir les chèques des clients, fournir au client un reçu temporaire de la collecte de chèques et les soumettre au bureau de trésorerie avec les détails du client.
