About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Merchandising Manager to join our team in Al Khalidiyah Mall Abu Dhabi. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the F&F brand image within the store, ensuring visual consistency.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide customers with an inspirational shopping experience. You will work closely with store colleagues and the RVM/Manager VM to maintain effective communication and accurately implement all company Visual Merchandising policies.
You will also be responsible for:
- Implementing easy-to-shop store grids
- Using the appropriate product handling techniques on different types of equipment
- Implementing well-styled mannequins in line with the styling policy
- Using appropriate styling techniques and the correct visual elements in the relevant areas to aid customer segmentation
- Implementing window display guidelines on time and on brand
- Implementing seasonal launches and events on time and on brand
