At Jobot, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Private Credit Equity Associate to join our team. As a key member of our investment team, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and providing recommendations to our investment committee.
Key Responsibilities
- Investment Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of investment opportunities, including financial modeling, market research, and industry trends.
- Due Diligence: Conduct due diligence on potential investments, including reviewing financial statements, assessing management teams, and evaluating market conditions.
- Portfolio Management: Assist in the management of our existing portfolio, including monitoring investment performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance returns.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our investment team to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas to drive investment decisions.
- Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our investors, portfolio companies, and other stakeholders through effective communication and reporting.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or CFA preferred.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in investment analysis, portfolio management, or a related field.
