Job Summary:

Sundus is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Transportation Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the transportation of individuals and spare parts as required.
  • Deliver documents between Sundus headquarters and bases in a timely and secure manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as photocopying, maintenance of delivery logs, and filing.
  • Ensure the day-to-day maintenance of assigned vehicles, including regular checks on oil, water, battery, brakes, tires, and other essential systems.
  • Perform minor repairs and arrange for other repairs as needed.
  • Keep accurate records of vehicle use, daily mileage, gas consumption, oil changes, greasing, and test performance of vehicle accessories.
  • In the event of an accident, ensure that all necessary steps are taken in accordance with rules and regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date with public safety, security operations, rules, regulations, precautions, prevention, and the protection of people, data, and property.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of transportation logistics and coordination.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
