At ZOOMLION MIDDLE EAST, we are seeking a skilled Construction Equipment Support Expert to join our team. As a Construction Equipment Support Expert, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, analyzing and diagnosing technical problems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop effective maintenance strategies. Your goal will be to ensure the efficient operation of our equipment and provide excellent customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers and troubleshoot issues.
- Analyze and diagnose technical problems and complete mechanical repairs.
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to develop and implement effective maintenance strategies.
- Submit service reports on time and work closely with engineers/sales teams in China.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in technical service and service management are required. Proficiency in English is preferred.
