    • Design and create custom floral arrangements that exceed client expectations.
    • Maintain knowledge of floral trends, seasonal flowers, and innovative techniques to offer exceptional designs.
  3. Customer Service:

  6. Handle special requests and ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. Inventory Management:
  9. Monitor floral inventory, including fresh flowers, plants, and design supplies, to ensure quality and minimize waste.
  10. Collaborate with suppliers to procure fresh flowers and negotiate costs effectively.
  11. Train, guide, and mentor junior florists and staff on floral design techniques and customer service.
  12. Oversee daily operations at the branch and ensure team productivity.
  13. Branch Operations:
  15. Manage the shop's presentation, ensuring cleanliness, proper display arrangements, and an inviting atmosphere.
  16. Handle orders, invoicing, and follow-up processes with accuracy.

  20. Work closely with event planners and clients to achieve outstanding results.

Requirements:

  1. Experience:
  3. A minimum of 5+ years as a florist, with a proven portfolio of high-end floral designs and event work.
  4. Skills:
  6. Exceptional artistic ability in floral design and arrangement.
  8. Strong knowledge of flower care, handling, and preservation techniques.
  10. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  12. Leadership and team management abilities.
  13. Education:
  15. Certification in floral design or equivalent training (preferred).
  16. Language:
  18. Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
