About the Position

The Client of Talentmate is seeking an experienced Computer Systems Technician to join our team. As an IT Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining our organization's computer systems and resolving technical issues.

You will work closely with users to troubleshoot problems, install and configure new systems, and perform routine maintenance tasks. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently.

Key Tasks:
  1. Determine the cause of technical issues and implement solutions.
  2. Configure and install computer systems and peripherals.
  3. Maintain and update software and operating systems.
  4. Support user account setup, password resets, and access permissions.
  5. Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff for resolution.
  6. Monitor and document all technical issues and resolutions.
  7. Support the management of IT assets and office equipment.
