Job Description

**Capital Planning and Strategy Executive**

We are seeking a highly experienced Capital Planning and Strategy Executive to join our team at ALDAR. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our capital planning and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive capital planning and strategy framework to ensure alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead the analysis and evaluation of various capital options and structures to optimize funding and minimize risk.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain a robust financial risk management framework.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including banks and financial institutions, to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the business on capital planning and funding matters.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in a big 4 or blue-chip corporate environment, with a strong background in investment banking and corporate finance.
  • 6+ years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on corporate finance, financial modeling, and investment analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or economics from a reputable university, with a Master's degree preferred.
