Your role:
  • Develop and execute event plans that align with our company's strategic goals, ensuring successful tradeshow, exhibition, and conference outcomes across the Middle East geography.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key conference and exhibition organizers to identify marketing opportunities.
  • Analyze and report on event performance, maintaining an up-to-date events calendar and tracking financials.
  • Plan and execute customer and corporate events, workshops, meet & greets, online events, and webinars.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to utilize internal sponsoring tools, ensuring process compliance and identifying opportunities.
  • Manage all internal company events, including Townhalls, Employee Events, Employee Gatherings, etc.
  • Responsible for drawing financial reports.
  • Work on online and digital communication activities, intranet content, topic landing pages, and marketing automation tools.
  • Develop corporate presentations.
Your qualifications and experience:
  • 5-7 years of experience in exhibitions and corporate event management in the healthcare sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of marketing tools and proficiency in different digital tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel in the MEA region based on projects.
  • Flexible working hours, including weekends if there is an event coming up.
  • Must have a UAE driving license and be able to commute independently.
