About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned architectural leader with a strong understanding of project design philosophy and a creative approach to design. You will be responsible for:

  • Directing a team of creative design architects to prepare and present exceptional pre-concept designs and concept designs for high-end luxury building projects
  • Leading the production of unique architectural pre-concept design and concept design
  • Collaborating with clients to secure work during proposal phases
  • Managing large teams of architects and ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 15 years of experience in large-scale commercial and residential projects, ideally high rises
  • Experience in the Middle East, preferably in a lead architect role
  • A strong understanding of project design philosophy and a creative approach to design
  • Chartered Architect - RIBA or equivalent
  • Experience leading and managing large teams of architects
  • Able to meet clients and secure work during proposal phases
