  • Technical Support: Provide on-site technical support for business equipment, understanding business needs and network structures to promote effective operation project implementation.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in global large data center operations (10+MW) as a team leader or management team member with more than 15 people.
  • Skills: Deep knowledge of data center IT operations, functional knowledge of cloud technologies and architectures, IT service delivery principles, and best practices.
  • Personal Qualities: Highly driven, self-managed individual with strong problem analysis and critical thinking skills.
  • Language: Fluent in English, with bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese or Arabic a plus.
