About the Role:

  • Leadership and Team Management: Organize and supervise the activities of the regional credit and collection team to support self-management and continuous improvement.
  • Coaching and Development: Provide coaching, formal and informal feedback to team members to support their continuous development.
  • Financial Expertise: Possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent and have 7-10 years of relevant experience handling a team of credit controllers and collectors for a portfolio not less than 1000 customers and $30m of annual billing.
  • International Certification: International Credit and Collection Certification is considered an added value.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in written and spoken English is required, with Arabic being an advantage.
