Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling recruitment solutions to enterprise companies, working closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop customized solutions to meet those needs.
Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new companies that have no significant revenue history with Bayt.com by selling our recruitment products and services.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets.
- Action all assigned incoming leads and outbound leads based on Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Determine customers' recruitment needs and prepare proposals to sell services that address these needs.
- Provide online and onsite demonstrations to clients to handle objections and convince customers to buy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Information Technology.
- 3+ years of demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets of B2B solutions.
- Work experience in SaaS industry would be an advantage.
