Priorities- Partner with the Senior Manager to drive departmental goals and objectives forward.
- Conduct thorough assessments of daily Outstation Line maintenance operations to ensure adherence to safety, cost-effectiveness, and on-time performance standards.
- Analyze data on man-hour and material charges from each station handling AMO services to inform strategic decisions.
- Leverage expertise to identify and mitigate technical delays, enhancing dispatch performance to unprecedented levels.
- Oversee budget accountability for stations to maximize financial efficiency.
- Engage with suppliers to review AMO contracts and negotiate cost-effective services.
- Deliver policy and procedures training as needed to support the growth of our team members.
- Organize technical visits for new AMO station start-ups to guarantee seamless integration.
- AMEL (ICAO) or equivalent engineering degree.
- A minimum of 7 years' experience in airline industry maintenance and/or technical management, with at least 3 years in a Line Maintenance environment.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in technical matters.
- In-depth knowledge of line maintenance operations, SGHA contracts, and IATP regulations.
- Familiarity with maintenance regulations issued by EASA and/or UAE GCAA.
- Advanced computer literacy.
- Global mobility to regularly visit outstations.
