Job Summary

This is a challenging role for a Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team at Airbus Africa and Middle East FZE. As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of incoming and outgoing goods, participating in the optimization of business procedures, and contributing to the continuous improvement of Quality and Safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of incoming and outgoing goods to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Process Optimization: Participate in the optimization of business procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Quality Management: Contribute to the development and implementation of Quality Management procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including the Quality Manager, Team Leader, and Warehouse Manager, to ensure seamless collaboration and information sharing.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and report any discrepancies or quality issues to the Quality Manager or Team Leader, and participate in the resolution of these issues.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in the continuous improvement of Quality and Safety standards, and suggest improvements to processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the Aviation industry as a Quality Inspector.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or aeronautical engineer.
  • Skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken), experienced in SAP systems, familiar with Quality processes (QMS), and good knowledge of Microsoft Packages (Google, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Personal Qualities: Analytical skills, team player, and self-initiated.
