Requirements:

  4. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
  5. Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  6. Proficient in project management software and tools.

  8. Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards in the UAE.
