We are seeking a skilled Contract Typist to join our Property Management team at Savills Group.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and processing tenancy contracts accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare Tenancy Agreements: Draft and type tenancy agreements, renewals, and amendments according to client and landlord requirements.
  • Verify Document Accuracy: Ensure all contract details, including tenant and landlord information, rental terms, and legal clauses, are correct and compliant with regulations.
  • Liaise with Teams: Coordinate with property managers, landlords, tenants, and legal teams to facilitate contract execution.
  • Manage Contract Records: Organize and update tenancy contract databases, ensuring all documents are filed correctly.
  • Ensure Compliance: Verify that contracts align with local tenancy laws and property management policies.
  • Support the Property Management Team: Assist in administrative tasks related to tenancy agreements, including contract renewals, terminations, and Municipality registrations (if applicable).

Requirements

To excel as a Contract Typist, you should possess:

  • Excellent Typing Skills: Fast and accurate typing (Arabic & English) with a keen eye for detail.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
  • Previous Experience: A background in tenancy contract typing, real estate administration, or a similar role is desired.
  • Knowledge of Real Estate Processes: Familiarity with tenancy laws, lease agreements, and Municipality registration (if applicable).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software.
  • Organizational Abilities: Ability to handle multiple contracts efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Focused Attention: Strong focus on accuracy to minimize errors in contracts.
