  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise construction sites to ensure compliance with architectural designs and plans.
  • Maintain high-quality materials and workmanship, adhering to design specifications and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to resolve design or construction issues.
  • Ensure all construction activities comply with local regulations, safety codes, and environmental guidelines.
  • Address and resolve site issues, making adjustments to plans as necessary.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to clients and stakeholders, highlighting deviations from the plan and proposed solutions.
  • Document site activities, including daily logs, inspection reports, and change orders.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in supervising and administering architectural works for large-scale projects in the Middle East consulting industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in programs like AutoCAD, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant discipline design software.
