**Job Description**
Al Marwan General Contracting Company is seeking a Commercial Leasing / Sales Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement leasing plans to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Build and maintain relationships with tenants, resolving issues professionally and efficiently.
- Present properties, manage lease agreements/Sales agreements, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns to attract high-quality tenants and maintain listings.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare leasing performance reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in leasing or property management in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of local property laws and regulations.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
Personal Attributes:
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
