Job Title: Senior Project Director

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Director to lead our high-rise construction projects from inception to completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and cost control.

Responsibilities

  • Oversight of construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Development and execution of project strategies in alignment with business objectives.
  • Liaison with government authorities, consultants, contractors, and investors.
  • Management of contracts, claims, and procurement processes.
  • Budgeting, cost estimation, and financial forecasting.
  • Tendering, procurement, and contract administration.
  • Value engineering and cost-saving strategies.

Requirements

  • 15+ years in construction project management with at least 5 years in a leadership role as a Project Director or Senior Project Manager.
  • Strong background in high-rise, mixed-use, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
  • Proven track record in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Experience working with large contracting firms or real estate developers.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Extensive knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts (FIDIC), local UAE regulations, and health & safety standards.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Primavera P6, MS Project, or BIM software.
