Key Responsibilities- Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to ensure they meet the requirements of our projects.
- Participate in the hiring process and monitor the performance of staff members to ensure they meet the expectations of their roles.
- Provide guidance and support to employees, as well as conduct regular evaluations to assess their performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personal files for all staff members, including records of remuneration, leave entitlements, and other benefits.
- Provide mediation services to resolve conflicts and disciplinary issues that may arise within the team.
- Work closely with recruitment agencies to source top talent for our projects.
