We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of our ServiceNow solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow technologies, including SPM, ITSM, ITOM, CSM, TSM, HRSD, and ITBM modules.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Analyse client requirements and propose effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain applications, configurations, and workflows using best practices, automation, and system optimisation.
  • Implement and maintain integrations with third-party applications.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor junior consultants.
  • Support ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and release management.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and drive continuous improvements.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • ITIL v4 Foundation Certification.
  • Minimum 6 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
  • ServiceNow Certifications: CIS Service Portfolio Management (SPM) required, CSA, CAD preferred, and CTA bonus.
