The Financial Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all accounting operational functions, including invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage all accounting operational functions
  • Ensure accuracy of financial documentation and records
  • Administer bank accounts and petty cash
  • Monitor outstanding fees and ensure collection as per agreed timelines
  • Manage weekly cash flow along with future cash flow projections
  • Publish monthly financial statements accurately and timely
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance and a minimum of 2 years of accounting experience. Strong customer service skills and excellent interpersonal & communication skills are essential for this role.
