Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver curriculum that meets the needs of our students, aligning with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Provide targeted support and interventions for students with English as an Additional Language (EAL) or additional learning needs, ensuring they have access to the same opportunities as their peers.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress, making adjustments to teaching strategies and curriculum as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers, keeping them informed of their child's progress and involving them in their child's education.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in Early Years education, ensuring our students receive the highest quality education.

Requirements:

  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of the EYFS curriculum and framework.
  • Proven experience in teaching and learning in Early Years settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, parents, and carers.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, maintaining a positive and flexible attitude.
