Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and direct urban development projects, setting the strategic vision and ensuring alignment with the company's goals and client expectations
* Oversee the design and execution of complex urban projects, including transportation networks, public spaces, mixed-use developments, and utilities
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, public agencies, and communities
