  • Operational Oversight: You will assist in managing the Uniform, Linen, and Valet Operations, ensuring that our guests and colleagues experience the highest standards of service.
  • Task Management: You will be accountable for your designated responsibilities within the Valet Department, upholding the impeccable standards synonymous with The Lana, Dubai.
  • Daily Operations: You will supervise the daily activities of the department, ensuring comprehensive coverage and adherence to established processes.
  • Laundry Coordination: You will collaborate with external laundry services to guarantee timely collection and delivery of guest laundry, uniforms, and linens.
  • Quality Control: You will conduct thorough inspections of returned items to confirm cleanliness and condition, holding team members accountable for any discrepancies.
  • Guest Services: You will manage the collection and delivery of guest laundry, ensuring satisfaction in line with our service standards.
  • Expense Management: You will participate in managing departmental expenses to meet or exceed budgetary goals, understanding the impact of operations on overall hotel profitability.
  • Inventory Management: You will conduct inventories and maintain accurate records of par levels, discards, and losses.
  • Reporting: You will prepare monthly laundry reports, comparing actual costs against budget forecasts.

  • A minimum of one year’s experience in a similar role within a luxury five-star establishment, with pre-opening experience being advantageous.
  • A relevant high school diploma and a wealth of experience in luxury hotel environments.
