Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of the construction process for mid-rise building projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement construction plans in collaboration with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders.
  2. Oversee all construction activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
  3. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.
  4. Manage and coordinate subcontractors and construction workers on-site.
  5. Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
  6. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  7. Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
  8. Review and approve change orders, invoices, and other project documentation.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Construction Manager on mid-rise construction building projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
