Role Overview:
- Overseeing a diverse patient panel with varying healthcare requirements; engaging in a combination of urgent, chronic, and routine consultations.
- Providing care to patients in-office or at designated centers, along with occasional virtual consultations.
- Participating in continuous professional development through regular Clinical Rounds and other educational opportunities.
- Collaborating with in-office colleagues during daily briefings, as well as with remote clinical teams.
- Leveraging your specialized clinical training and opportunities to conduct in-office procedures.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Completion of an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) program with national certification.
- Within the last five years, experience as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:
- Two years in an outpatient primary care environment treating patients of all ages (0+), OR one year in an outpatient primary care setting treating patients of all ages (0+), combined with either a one-year primary care fellowship or one or more years in an urgent care environment treating patients of all ages (0+).
- State licensure in Oregon, to be obtained by your start date with ClickJobs.
