Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Data Management:

  • Create and manage product listings on our eCommerce platforms.
  • Ensure all product information is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines and user experience.
  • Write compelling and descriptive product titles, bullet points, and detailed descriptions that highlight the unique features and benefits of each fragrance.

2. Image and Asset Management:

  • Coordinate with the creative team to ensure high-quality product images and videos are available and correctly formatted for each listing.
  • Upload and manage digital assets, ensuring consistency across all platforms.

3. SEO and Keyword Optimization:

  • Conduct keyword research to optimize product listings for search engine visibility.
  • Implement SEO best practices in product titles, descriptions, and metadata.

4. Inventory Management:

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the Purchase team to ensure product availability.
  • Update product listings based on inventory changes, discontinuations, and new arrivals.

5. Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze product performance metrics and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Generate regular reports on product listing performance and provide actionable insights.

6. Customer Experience Enhancement:

  • Collaborate with the customer service team to address product-related inquiries and issues.
  • Continuously improve product listings based on customer feedback and market trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, or a related field
  • Proven experience in product listing management for eCommerce, preferably in the perfume or beauty industry
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Amazon)
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen attention to detail, Microsoft office tools
  • Proficiency in using digital asset management tools and content management systems
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of fragrance industry trends and terminology

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED 2,000.00 - AED 4,000.00 per month
