Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Financial Director to join our team at Converge Infinite Consultants Co.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, control, and analysis, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the real estate industry. They will be responsible for assisting in overall financial planning and control, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and managing the treasury function.

  • Liaise with banks and other financial institutions to arrange leverages, long-term funds, and project-based finance requirements.
  • Assist management in formulating the overall strategic direction of the company.
  • Develop new processes and systems to enhance reporting, planning, and forecasting.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate, out of which 3 years should be within the GCC.
  • Strong experience in financial control, planning, budgeting, analysis, and real estate development is essential.
  • A degree holder, preferably with certifications such as ACCA, CPA, ACA, or CFA.
