About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and vigilant leader to join our team as a Security Supervisor. As a key member of our security department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests, colleagues, and premises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the day-to-day security force to ensure the safety and security of all guests, employees, and hotel property.
  • Design, implement, and train employees on preventive security programs.
  • Conduct regular patrols and checks on all Security Officers to assure they are alert and discharging their duties efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct investigations, document findings, and report cases, subversions, potential liabilities, and insurance requirements.
  • Assist colleagues in handling unusual guest or employee issues, such as disorderly conduct, thefts, employee or guest accidents, fire or safety hazards, civil disturbances, power or elevator failures, medical assistance, and natural disasters.
  • Stay informed about developments within the hotel and community related to security and serve as a liaison with local law-enforcement agencies.
  • Familiarize yourself with current local laws and regulations as they relate to the hotel, particularly in the area of guest, patron, and employee rights.
