About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Web Designer Lead to join our team at PrecisionHire Solutions. As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for designing and building attractive websites for our clients using WordPress.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize creative ideas with clients and develop visually appealing website designs.
  • Test and improve the design of the website to ensure it meets our high standards.
  • Establish design guidelines, standards, and best practices for our team.
  • Maintain the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards.
  • Design visual imagery for websites and ensure it aligns with branding for clients.
  • Work with different content management systems to deliver high-quality websites.
  • Communicate design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.
  • Incorporate functionalities and features into websites.
  • Design sample pages, including colors and fonts.
  • Prepare design plans and present the website structure.

Requirements

  • Good communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to handle a team.
  • Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such as WordPress, HTML, and CSS, JQuery, Photoshop, and JavaScript.
  • Good understanding of content management systems like WordPress.
  • Good understanding of search engine optimization principles.
  • Must have an eye for visualization.
  • Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues.
  • Excellent visual design skills.
  • Creative and open to new ideas.
  • Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques.
