Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Document Controller. As a key member of the LEAD – Real Estate Developer team, you will be responsible for managing various functions related to document control, archiving, imaging, and maintaining document registers for our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and register client-provided documents for the project, including in-house generated documents.
  • Control the issuance of document numbers, ensuring proper maintenance of document registers for each project.
  • Maintain specifically assigned project databases.
  • E nsure proper document classification, sorting, filing, and archiving.
  • Review completeness of documentation and prepare document transmittals.
  • Perform document quality checks according to company document control procedures.
  • Perform file backups to ensure proper storage and archiving of electronic records.
  • Prepare reports and minutes of meetings as required.
  • Report HSE hazards, incidents, and concerns.
Requirements:Technical Competencies:
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Familiarity with software applications such as Aconex or Prolog is an added advantage.
Behavioural Competencies:
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Good command of oral and written communication in English.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Integrity and reliability.
