Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Review and analyze construction plans to identify potential risks and opportunities for cost savings.

  • Communication: Liaise with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Documentation: Prepare reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessments, and other documents to support project decision-making.
  • Advisory Role: Advise managers and clients on improvements and new strategies to enhance project outcomes.
  • Inventory Management: Keep track of materials and order more when required to ensure project continuity.
  • Design Updates: Document any changes in design and update budgets accordingly.
  • Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Travel: Travel from the office to various sites as required to support project execution.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of construction principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
