Key Responsibilities

  2. Perform planned preventative maintenance on a wide range of equipment, ensuring high levels of availability and reliability.
  3. React quickly to breakdowns, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and work efficiently to resolve issues.
  4. Drive a culture of continuous improvement, analyzing breakdowns and proposing changes to enhance performance.
  5. Manage contractors and ensure adherence to Amazon standards within the site premises.
  6. Monitor daily site utilities and sustainability performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  7. Ensure high levels of janitorial services and observe housekeeping practices.
  8. Respond to maintenance work orders, providing relevant information to RME customers and arranging necessary resources.
  9. Perform spare parts surveys to detect gaps and inform the line manager and RME planner.
  10. Provide on-job training to RME technicians, developing their skills matrix to ensure they have the necessary competency.
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with an Engineering Degree in Electrical or Mechanical, experience in dealing with reputable CMMS systems, and a basic knowledge of Automation and PLC systems. Additionally, experience in fault finding within MHE/Automation systems, leading a team of technicians, and interpreting mechanical and electrical drawings is highly desirable.

Preferred qualifications include experience in Auto-CAD drawing, sortation machines, and troubleshooting through PLC.
