About The Role

We are looking for an experienced and efficient Delivery Services Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a vital member of our logistics team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of packages across various locations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Stacking and securing packages in a professional and safe manner;
  • Operating delivery vehicles and navigating through designated routes;
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders;
  • Collaborating with colleagues to optimize logistics operations;
  • Utilizing GPS devices and mobile navigation systems to plan optimal delivery routes;
  • Ensuring timely delivery and maintaining accurate records;
  • Managing cash transactions and dealing with client queries;
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
