Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of site personnel, including laborers, technicians, and engineers, to ensure efficient and safe installation of steel structures.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that steel structures are installed to the required specifications and standards.
  • Material Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of steel materials, ensuring that they are properly labeled and accounted for.
  • Welding and Fabrication: Inspect and approve welding and fabrication work to ensure that it meets company standards and regulations.

Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in steel structure installation, site management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of steel structure installation, site management, and quality control procedures. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
