About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Yallo Management Consultancies L.L.C as an OMS Business Process Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting digital transformation projects in the Retail and eCommerce domain.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Lead Requirements Gathering & Analysis initiatives:
    1. Engage with stakeholders to identify order processing challenges and system requirements.
    2. Document end-to-end OMS workflows, including order capture, allocation, routing, and returns management.
    3. Conduct gap analysis between existing OMS capabilities and business needs.
    4. Develop detailed technical specifications for development teams.
  2. Design and Implement OMS Solutions:
    1. Collaborate with architects to design and optimise OMS workflows.
    2. Oversee OMS configuration, testing, and deployment.
  3. Drive Integration & Data Management:
    1. Ensure smooth data exchange between OMS and inventory, payment, shipping, and CRM systems.
    2. Support API-led integrations with third-party logistics providers, marketplaces, and payment gateways.
  4. Foster Vendor & Stakeholder Relationships:
    1. Act as the key liaison between Retail Operations, IT, eCommerce, Logistics, and third-party OMS vendors.
    2. Manage relationships with technology providers.
    3. Participate in RFPs and vendor selection processes.
