We are seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Risk Manager to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive risk management framework across the Middle East and Africa regions.
As a key member of our executive committee, you will report directly to the CEO and work closely with other senior leaders to ensure that our risk management strategies align with our business objectives.
Main Responsibilities- Risk Identification and Assessment
You will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and prioritizing risks across various business units, including operations, finance, sales, and client management.
Risk Mitigation and ControlYou will develop and implement effective risk mitigation and control strategies to minimize potential losses and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Internal ControlsYou will design and implement robust internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.
Business Continuity PlanningYou will lead the development and implementation of business continuity plans to ensure minimal disruption to our operations in the event of an unexpected event.
Fraud Risk ManagementYou will work closely with our compliance department to identify and mitigate fraud risks across our operations.
Qualifications and Skills- Proven Experience
You must have at least 10 years of experience in risk management, with a minimum of 3 years in the UAE.
CertificationsYou must hold relevant certifications in risk management, such as the Certified Risk Manager (CRM) or the Associate in Fiduciary Insurance (AFI) designation.
Communication and LeadershipYou must have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
