Key Responsibilities:- Cost Management:
- Develop and implement cost management strategies to ensure project costs are accurately estimated and controlled.
- Prepare and issue regular cost reports to stakeholders, highlighting variances and areas for improvement.
- Monitor and track project expenditures, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Collaborate with project managers and teams to ensure that cost management procedures are followed and that project costs are accurately recorded.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive registers for invoices, payment certificates, variations, and change orders.
- People Management:
- Lead and manage a team of cost control professionals, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
- Develop and implement performance management processes to ensure that team members are held accountable for their performance and that areas for improvement are identified and addressed.

- 10+ years of experience in cost control, financial management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering cost savings and process improvements in a project-based environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Competence in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Experience in cost estimation and pricing, with a strong understanding of project financial management principles.
