The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Post Contract Management and experience on a range of mixed-use and infrastructure projects. They will represent the firm in its dealings with all relevant parties, from award throughout the entire course of the construction activities for a range of large-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities- Preparation and submission of cost breakdown analysis for monthly financial reports.
- Supporting the evaluation and agreement of monthly valuations with contractors.
- Participating in the compilation and agreement of final re-measurements with contractors.
- Managing variations, including estimating proposed instructions and obtaining estimates from contractors.
- Checking, assessing, and managing contractors' claims submissions, providing advice to employers.
- Delay analysis, evaluation, and making recommendations on contractors' claims for extensions of time.
