Maintenance Operations Leader

We are seeking a skilled maintenance operations leader to join our team as a PDM Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring lower-level craftsmen, developing plans to improve efficiency, collaborating with supervisors and foremen, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor lower-level craftsmen.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and foremen.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in trade craftsmanship and leadership roles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • CAT II certification is highly desirable.
