About the Role
The Sommelier position at Ossiano is a unique opportunity to join our team of wine connoisseurs. As a key member of our Food and Beverage Team, you'll be responsible for curating our wine list, ordering wines and training staff to deliver exceptional wine experiences.
About You
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent knowledge of wine pairing, with a strong understanding of wine production methods and appreciation techniques. Experience working in luxury restaurants or hotels is essential, along with a Level 2 WSET qualification and international experience in wine education.
