About the Role

The Surface Finisher position is responsible for applying coatings to various surfaces using spray equipment. This role involves preparing surfaces for painting, mixing and matching paint colors, and ensuring proper ventilation and safety measures are in place.

You will also be responsible for repairing dents and scratches on vehicles using appropriate tools and techniques, following established quality standards and guidelines for paint application, and maintaining and cleaning spray equipment and tools regularly.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of industry trends and techniques in spray painting and denting, as well as excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
