  • Conduct fitness assessments, classes, and personal training sessions.
  • Supervise and instruct guests on the safe use of fitness equipment.
  • Ensure a high standard of service is maintained throughout the fitness center.
  • Assist with the operations of the fitness center, including reception, fitness center management, and personal training sessions.
  • Report any dysfunctional equipment to the Fitness & Wellness Supervisor/Manager.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies for the fitness center.
  • Attend daily line-ups, weekly, and monthly departmental meetings.
  • Maintain a high standard of appearance and personal hygiene as per the Mandarin Oriental MODUB Grooming Guidelines.
  • Attend all necessary training courses and adhere to training as set down by the Fitness & Wellness Manager.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a fitness and wellness role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to perform job duties.
