About this Role: We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Engineer to manage IT infrastructure, Physical projects, and maintenance projects. As a Senior Project Engineer, you will assist in project coordination, site management, client discussions, and documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in project planning, execution, and closure
  • Coordinate with site teams to ensure smooth execution of project activities and maintenance activities
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project charters, scope documents, schedules, risk registers, and reports
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project alignment and deliverables meet expectations
  • Monitor project progress and update relevant stakeholders on milestones and deliverables

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 6 to 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT infrastructure projects, ELV projects, and physical security related fields
  • Knowledge of PMI methodologies (PMP certification is a plus)
  • Strong experience in site coordination, client interactions, and government approvals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge in Project Management software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
