  6. Prepare job turnover for next shift and daily progress reports for job done under supervision, providing visibility into project progress.
  7. Liaise with other discipline Foremen/Supervision to ensure the optimum utilization of available resources, with the overall objective of successful project completion.
  8. Assist the Sr. Foremen in planning activities and ensure that resource and manpower planning is carried out to meet project requirements, driving project success.
  9. Ensure that workers are properly supplied with machinery, tools, equipment, and materials, and everything is in proper order, maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
  10. Perform inspections to ensure that workers' performance is up to set standards, promoting a culture of excellence.
  11. Create progress reports on a daily basis and ensure that any significant information is communicated to the Supervisor, i.e., resource shortfalls, surplus, HSEQ concerns, enabling informed decision-making.
  12. Work as a team leader responsible for development/motivation of subordinates, on-the-job training, and performance appraisal of the team members, fostering a culture of growth and development.

Requirements:


• High School/Secondary School

• Relevant Industrial/vocational training

• Leadership training

• Presentation skills

• 7 years relevant experience in HVAC related sheet metal fabrication works, out of which 1-2 years as Charge-hand Metal Fabricator.

• Must be a good all-around Sheet Metal Fabricator.
