We are seeking an experienced Senior Document Governance Specialist to join our team and contribute to the development and implementation of information management strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining project record platforms, ensuring data integrity, and supporting strategic decision-making through effective information governance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement digital records/document control processes to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Administer Project Procedures, including circulation of information and upload of project deliverables.
  • Maintain Project Platforms to guarantee that information is trackable, traceable, and accessible to relevant parties associated with the project.
  • Work Independently on routine information management tasks per pre-established digital and document records project procedures.
  • Orient, Train, Assign, and Check the work of lower-level employees as needed.
  • Manage and Review project documentation QA/QC in association with the documentation originator to ensure compliance with project naming conventions and sign-off protocols.
  • Establish and Maintain information management policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Oversee Information Organization, storage, and retrieval of critical business information and data.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure proper integration of information systems.
  • Lead Large-Scale Information Projects, including data migration and system upgrades.
  • Conduct Regular Audits to ensure compliance with data governance and privacy regulations.
  • Provide Training and Support to staff on information management tools and processes.
  • Analyze Information Flow and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and Maintain Documentation for information management processes and systems.
  • Serve as Liaison between departments for information-related issues and projects.
  • Stay Current with industry trends and emerging technologies in information management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-7 Years of experience in information management or a related field.
  • Advanced Proficiency in information management systems and database management.
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent Organizational and Time Management Abilities.
  • Proven Experience in developing and implementing information management policies and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Access.
  • In-Depth Knowledge of data governance, information security, and privacy regulations.
  • Experience Managing Large-Scale Information Projects.
